What is wellness coaching?

Coaching is a close partnership that provides structure, accountability, expertise and inspiration to encourage you to learn, grow, and develop beyond what you can do alone.  A coach works in the present, helping you define and create a new future.  Coaching helps you find new solutions to old problems, answers that work for you, individualized to your particular situation and needs by asking non-judgmental questions and providing thoughtful inquiry.  Obstacles are welcomed as learning opportunities, not failures.  Coaching helps you turn goals into achievable action plans and makes your good intentions become a reality. 

Just as athletes have coaches to help them improve their skills, your coach is a confidential partner who provides the tools and guidance to help you design and create the life you really want.
