Mary Kaye Sawyer-Morse, PhD

Executive Director
An inspiring professional speaker, educator and wellness coach, Mary Kaye, has over 20 years’ experience in the health, wellness and nutrition fields. She holds a Ph.D. in Health Promotion and Education from the University of Texas at Austin and is a Registered Dietitian.  She is a former nutrition department chair and associate professor at a private university and is the Executive Director of The Center for Success.  Mary Kaye helps individuals and groups take positive, real steps towards living a lifestyle that promotes powerful wellness and thriving.  She provides clear direction and tools for moving ahead in areas where so many people get stuck: stress, weight issues and general lack of vitality.

Jon Morse, MBA

Managing Director
A native of New Hampshire, Jon received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Incarnate Word and Bachelors in Psychology & Social Work from Texas Lutheran University. After the successful implementation of mortgage alliance structure at USAA, he then created and led USAA Relocation Services' USAA MoversAdvantage Program to evolve to the country's premier real estate assistance program which generated over $40 Million in revenue per year.   Customer service, profitability and alliance management were areas that benefited from Jon’s management.  He worked in leadership positions with several non-profit agencies providing supervision of professional staff that worked in the area of adult abuse, neglect and exploitation.  Jon continues to hold positions within the non-profit sector and is former president for San Antonio Meals on Wheels, Adult Alzheimer’s Day Care and Senior Volunteer Companions Programs.  He now works with organizations to sharpen their strategic planning focus as well as helping you to hire the right person for the job.
