A native of New Hampshire, Jon received his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Incarnate Word and Bachelors in Psychology & Social Work from Texas Lutheran University. After the successful implementation of mortgage alliance structure at USAA, he then created and led USAA Relocation Services' USAA MoversAdvantage Program to evolve to the country's premier real estate assistance program which generated over $40 Million in revenue per year.   Customer service, profitability and alliance management were areas that benefited from Jon’s management.  He worked in leadership positions with several non-profit agencies providing supervision of professional staff that worked in the area of adult abuse, neglect and exploitation.  Jon continues to hold positions within the non-profit sector and is former president for San Antonio Meals on Wheels, Adult Alzheimer’s Day Care and Senior Volunteer Companions Programs.  He now works with organizations to sharpen their strategic planning focus as well as helping you to hire the right person for the job.
